Turmeric, ginger, black pepper cardamom.

Directions:

Add 1 cup water and 1 cup of milk (if desired) to a saucepan, then add 1 tea spoon of the tea blend to the water (use the wooden spoon attached to the Tea jar) add sugar or 2 teaspoons of condensed milk for a more luxurious experience.

Let the tea boil up, then whisk it down, let it boil up the second time, whisk it down and it’s ready, strain for a smooth finish or drink it full bodied (For awesome experience, drink it full bodied).
